Vitiligo Support International Membership

Vitiligo Support International is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization providing the most up-to-date information about vitiligo and current treatments. Our mission is to promote awareness and education about vitiligo, provide information and interaction for people living with vitiligo, advocate on behalf of vitiligo patients and strive to encourage and support medical research to find better treatments. The VSI community includes active vitiligo message boards and chat rooms and is open to anyone interested in learning more about vitiligo. Registration information is for Vitiligo Support use only. It is never shared with nor sold to any outside person or entity.

There have been great advances in understanding the mechanisms of Vitiligo, but more needs to be done if we are to find a cure. Supporting our organization financially which is optional, increases the likelihood of benefit to all those living with vitiligo. As a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization all contributions are tax deductible. By joining as a Supporting Member for a $25.00 annual fee, not only are you offering financial support but you receive additional benefits of membership such as:

1. An icon appearing near your User ID in our message board forums identifying you as a Supporting Member.
2. Access to the Vitiligo Support Member Galleries, which allow you to create, upload and manage your own photo gallery, as well as view the galleries of other users. These easy-to-use photo albums will create thumbnails for you and resize photos for proper viewing. You need only know where the images are on your hard drive or desktop. Only Supporting Members have access to these galleries.
3. Spell checker program and WYSIWYG onscreen font, color and HTML editing for your message board postings.
4. Automatic instant approval of all posts made on our website (subject to our Terms of Service) - requires subscription payment by credit card or personal check for identity confirmation.
5. Access to an exclusive message board and chat room with events and special guest chats just for Supporting Members.
6. Special offers from merchants and vendors just for Supporting Members.
7. A dedicated email contact form for assistance with website features and technical help.
